There may be no worse way to start a vacation or a new life abroad than by showing up at your destination sans luggage.  So how can you best insure that your bags  travel with you? The first step starts before you ever leave for the airport. Make sure your bag has a sturdy luggage tag on the outside (preferably with just your name and a cell number you can be reached at- an address just tells would-be thieves where your empty home is while you are gone)!  The next step is to make sure that you have identifying information...
